Take the Maine Turnpike to Exit 75 Auburn. After the tollbooth, make a left at the traffic light.

After making left at light, drive approximately 5 miles (this is Washington Avenue). At the 4th traffic light make a right onto Hampshire Street. (You'll see Denny's on right) - intersection of Court Street and Minot Avenue.

Follow Hampshire Street to end. Proceed through traffic light onto large parking lot. You'll see Great Falls Plaza building and Key Bank on right along with Peoples Heritage Bank on left. You'll travel to the end of the parking lot and see Willis of Northern New England, Inc., which is a 4-story, tan and brown striped building.

From Maine Turnpike, take Exit 80 Lewiston. Coming off the Exit, go to 196 West towards Lewiston.

Stay on 196 until it turns into Lisbon Street. You'll be in downtown Lewiston. Lisbon Street is one way; you'll go through several lights (blocks).

At the last block of Lisbon Street, get into the LEFT LANE until you reach Main St.

Take a LEFT on Main St and get to the far RIGHT LANE. You'll be heading across the Longley Bridge into Auburn.

Cross the Longley Bridge. You are now on Court Street. You'll see the Willis of Northern New England, Inc. building on your RIGHT. (4-story, tan and brown striped buioding on the corner of Court Street and Great Falls Plaza). Stay in the RIGHT LATNE.

Take a RIGHT at the light, then an immediate RIGHT into the 2-hour parking lot. You'll be parking BEHIND the Willis of Northern New England, Inc. building.

PARKING

The parking spaces close to the building are limited-time parking areas (2 hours). If you will be visiting Auburn for more than 2 hours, please call ahead (207) 783-2211 and speak with the receptionist. She can mail you a parkjing pass that you must use in one of the two alternate all-day parking locations.

Alternate All-Day Parking Locations and Directions:

Platz Field: Follow directions as above until you've followed Hampshire Street to end. Proceed through traffic light (turns into Great Falls Plaza). Take your first left into a large parking area. Go to the end of first section of spaces and turn left into "corner parking lot area". This is where you must park. Make sure your permit is prominently displayed. To find the Willis of Northern New England, Inc. building, walk across Great Falls Plaza passing between the Hilton Garden Inn and another tall building on your right. Proceed past the second building which houses Key Bank. Willis of Northern New England, Inc. is the third building on the right - it's a 4-story tan and brown striped building.

City Parking Garage: Follow directions as above until you've followed Hampshire street to end. Proceed through traffic light (turns into Great Falls Plaza). Take your first right which continues on to Great Falls Plaza. At light, go straight (turns into Main St.). Take second right (first right is an alley) into parking area and follow to garage entrance. Your must park on the fourth floor of garage. Make sure your permit is prominently displayed. To find the Willis of Northern New England, Inc. building, exit garage and walk down Main street back toward Great Falls Plaza. Cross Court Street. The Willis of Northern New England, Inc. building is the 4-story tan and brown striped building on the corner of Court Street and Great Falls Plaza.

FROM NORTH - ROUTE 4

Take ROUTE 4 which turns into CENTER STREET just past Lake Auburn. Follow CENTER STREET all the way until you come to a major intersection (9th stop light - Irving Gas Station on your left, Fortin, Plummer & Merrill Funeral Home on your right). At this intersection, you want to be in the left lane and proceed straight towards the railroad overpass (do not bear to your right at this intersection). This is now TURNER STREET. You will see The Dead River Company on your left and you should continue STRAIGHT under the railroad overpass. At the next light, take a LEFT into the Great Falls Plaza parking lot.

Once into the Plaza, continue onto the stop sign where you will make a RIGHT. When you look towards the right side of the parking lot, you will see Willis of Northern New England, Inc. (4 story, tan and brown striped building with HRH letters on top and on the sides). When the People's Heritage Bank is immediately on your left, to your RIGHT there will be 2 hour parking spaces and you may park in any of these spaces. You need to avoid the sections that say "Permit Parking Only", as the city does ticket.
